1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing tinker.click, joining our waitlist, or participating in early-access pre-orders for Tinker Click, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using the site.
2. Alpha & Waitlist Program
Tinker Click is currently in private Alpha development. By joining our waitlist or reserving a pre-order tier, you understand that features, release schedules, and preview interfaces are subject to iterative refinements based on community feedback and developmental velocity.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, graphics, code, and documentation associated with Tinker Click and tinker.click are the proprietary property of Tinker Click and its creators. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or reverse engineering of software binaries or assets is prohibited.
4. Pre-Orders & Refund Policy
Pre-order reservations grant priority queue status and early-access privileges upon product availability. Pre-order reservations are fully refundable upon written request prior to your account activation in the private beta.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Tinker Click and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of early preview builds or informational site materials.
